Straight-Line specializes in Tenant Improvements. We can design build your space or use existing templates from your franchise. Our services included working with architects and engineers coordinating the entire permit and inspection process with the city or jurisdictions, perform a complete turn–key build-out of space including all (FFE) fixtures furniture and equipment and décor packages.

Straight-Line is an certified EPA Firm for Lead Safe work practices for positive Lead based paint commercial or residential projects pre 1978. We currently have Three EPA certified renovators along with in-house trained renovators that and are completing lead based paint renovation work weekly.
